Lead Teacher Job Duties:

• Lesson plan development
  
• Catering to the individual needs of the center’s children to support learning and social development
  
• Continuous communication and relationship building with families and staff
  
• Keeping a clean and organized classroom
  
• Utilization of assessment tools

Requirements:

• Lesson plan development
  
• Lead Teachers must possess (at a minimum) an Associate degree in early childhood education
  
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with families and their children
  
• Dedication to the early childhood education sector
